In April 2018 we updated our website’s SSL certificate. Users can now access the entire website via https and all data, including job applications and store payments, is sent via an https connection.

Information that you provide by filing in forms on our website. If you are a jobseeker this includes submitting your CV, submitting applications to jobs, subscribing to our emails, and any further contact through our website. If you are an employer, this includes submitting jobs to be posted, subscribing to our emails, and contacting us for more information.

We will only ever collect this data from you if you have given us explicit permission at the original point of data entry to use it for a given purpose.

If you contact us by email or telephone, a record may be kept of that communication.

Information that does not identify you:

We collect information that does not identify you to evaluate our site and ensure that our site and services run properly. This may include but is not limited to details of your visits to our site, traffic data, location data, the resources that you access.

IP Addresses and Cookies

If you submit your CV to us, we will hold it on file and contact you if a relevant opportunity arises. We will not pass on your CV to any third party without your prior consent and we will obtain this by email from you beforehand. If you consent, we will then forward your CV and covering letter if appropriate to the relevant employer. You can ask us to remove your CV from our database at any time. All CVs are stored on our secure server hosting platform, and our hosting provider has its own strict Privacy and Security policies.

If you submit a job to us, we will take the information you provide and create a job listing to publish on our website. We will contact you to make sure you are satisfied with your job listing before promoting it.

Storing Your Data

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All important data is transferred through our secure https SSL certificate.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers, and our hosting provider also adheres to strict Privacy and Security policies.

No payment processing details from any payment transactions made through the website will be stored on our servers. Payments are securely processed through our payment partner, who have their own strict Privacy policy.

Unfortunately, no transmission of data through the internet can be entirely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and/or use of the website. Any information that you send is at your own risk and may be read by others. However, once we have received your personal information, we will do as much as possible to protect the security of your data.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may otherwise disclose your personal information if we are approached by a potential buyer of our business, if we required to do so by law or in good-faith believing such action is necessary to comply with the law.
